KMG Prestige, Inc. is looking for a full time experienced manager to oversee the daily operations of a property in the Columbus area. Candidate is required to be skilled in all areas of property management including rent collections, resident retention, leasing, marketing, and outreach skills.
• Previous Property Management Industry Experience
• Strong Administrative Skills
• Excellent Computer Skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Prior Onesite knowledge

• Real Estate License is required
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Rent Collection, accurately receipt and deposit rents, enforce rent collection policy, budgeting - create the annual budget, arranging for contracts for service, establish bid specs, solicit and collect bids, complying with all local, state & federal regulations including tax credits, preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as required, negotiate leases and lease renewals and execute documents (if licensed), supervise rental office operations, maintain a real time understanding of local market rents and marketing programs, ensure the preventative maintenance program is in place and operating, enforce the community’s rules and regulations, and respond to resident concerns in a timely fashion.
