KMG Prestige, a premier property management company, is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for support in a busy property management corporate office. Duties include, but are not limited to, general correspondence, correspondence with owners and housing agencies, report distribution, monthly reporting, syndicator reporting, data entry, weekly reporting and providing administrative support to a select portfolio. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members and providing support for additional functions of the Administrative team. The candidate must have strong time management skills, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, must be self-motivated and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous property management experience is preferred.
